SUMMARY

We have recently concluded an agreement with Ravtech Inc., covering the exclusive design   and distribution of extreme high performance specialty ball and roller bearings and virtually frictionless magnetic seals for motorsports applications

The bearings will be manufactured under the Ravtech name by MRC Specialty Bearing aerospace facility in Jamestown, NY. The seals will be produced by Magnetic Seal Corporation in Rhode Island.
